After a virtual event is created, initiated through a client such as Zoom, GoToTraining, Microsoft Teams, or Webex, and started, attendance data will be captured and returned to Schoox.
The time returned is the total time for which a user has attended the session.
As an example, let's say that you start a meeting in Schoox and one of the registrants joins the session properly for 5 minutes and then drops. After some time they re-join the session for 10 minutes.
Then the time of attendance that will be returned from the integration will be 15 minutes, which is the total attendance time of the user.
Note: Due to Microsoft Teams API restrictions, an events duration can be increased, but not reduced after initial setup.
