Why am I not able to access a course due to my location? [mobile app]

If you are enrolled or assigned a course and you receive the following notification message upon accessing it then it means you are trying to access this course from a location that you are not allowed to.



There are times that the Academy's Administrator may want to restrict where the students can view their training.  An Admin can do this by following the procedure of How can I restrict access to training based on location?

In this case, the Admin has set an IP or Physical address that the students are allowed to attend the Course.
