An Admin or a Manager with the Create Standalone On the Job Training permission can create and manage their Standalone On the Job Trainings.
Navigation
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.
When in the Academy Workspace, select Training Admin for all Training Administration options.
Select Manage Training and then select On-the-Job Training.
Here, you can view all On-the-Job Trainings. To display only Standalone OJTs, use the Connection filter on the left and select Standalone.
Additional filters, such as Category, are also available. You can sort the list alphabetically or by creation date. The tags displayed above each OJT title indicate whether it is connected to a course or is standalone.
Managing the On-the-Job Training
Find the OJT you want to manage and select Edit OJT.
This will lead you to the available settings for this OJT.
On this page, you have the option to:
- Edit the Image and Info/Settings of your On the Job Training. You can learn more about the options you have here: Creating On-the-Job Training
- Edit the Tasks of your On the Job Training. You can learn more here: Edit On-the-Job Training Tasks
- Copy On the Job Training to Course. You can learn the process here: Copying a Standalone On the Job Training to a Course
- Delete On the Job Training. By clicking this option, the On the Job Training will be completely removed.
Note: If you want to Assign, Unassign or Reassign students to or from a standalone On-the-Job Training, you can do this from the Team Workspace. For more information, see Managing Standalone On-the-Job Training's Students
