The process of enrolling in a Learning Path is quite straightforward.
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Learner Workspace.
When in the Learner Workspace, select Training and then Catalog.
Select Learning Paths in the top menu to focus solely on the available learning paths. The Catalog lists Learning Paths you're already enrolled in or have completed, each showing a progress bar, with completed Learning Paths carrying a "Completed" tag.
To enroll in the Learning Path, select the Learning Path you want to enroll in and click on it to be send to its page. Click on the purple Enroll button to enroll.
After you enroll, the Learning Path keeps showing in the Catalog too — with your progress, and a "Completed" tag once you finish it — alongside its place in My Training.
From the Catalog, selecting Quick View on a Learning Path you're already enrolled in or have completed now shows the same information as Quick View on My Training.
