Your Virtual Events don't have to be held solely on one Webex account. Webex accounts can be connected with personal Schoox profiles. Thus, managers can use their own personal Webex accounts to organize Virtual Events in your Academy!
Connecting Your Personal Webex Account
To connect your Webex Account to your profile, go to your Settings and select Integrations.
To go to your personal settings, select your profile picture in the top right and select Settings.
From the available options, choose Cisco - Webex. Fill in all the necessary details, and click on Connect.
Please note: Currently, only Webex Training is supported. Webex Meeting accounts are not supported.
Starting an Event with a Connected Account
After the integration of the accounts you can continue with the creation of your Virtual Event events going to the Training Admin Workspace and selecting Manage Training -> Virtual Events.
