Under your personal settings, you can adjust two options for your account: one for your personal purchased courses and one for reporting. To find these options click on the profile picture in the top corner and select Settings. Under User Settings, select Settings -> Academy Options.
External courses you purchased will show up in your academy
In general, any courses you purchase for yourself from the Schoox Marketplace will appear under your Training. However, if you want to be able to find your purchased courses in your academy as well, you need to toggle this setting to Yes.
If you do so, then another tab will appear for you on the My Training page in the Learner Workspace, which will include your personal External Courses.
Exclude myself from my reports (Employees Dashboard, Report builder)
If you are an Admin or a Manager with the Reporting permission enabled you might not want to be included in your reporting, when you are checking your team's progress. With this setting, you can exclude yourself from your reporting view.
