In Schoox you have the option to add an image when creating a lecture, a cover image, or adding content to your resources.
Following you can see the requirements, such as size and resolution of the image when adding this in each case.
- Lecture Thumbnail:
- The recommended aspect ratio is 16:9 (e.g. 1280px * 720px, 1920px * 1080px, or 1600px * 900px).
- Keep the main subject of the image centered and away from the edges — the Lecture thumbnail container may crop images that don't match the recommended ratio.
- If your thumbnail image has a transparent background, it will show as a visible white border inside the Lecture thumbnail container — use a solid background that extends to the image’s edges instead. [Knowledge Base Gap Detection automation – #307768]
- There isn’t a self-service option to replace a Lecture thumbnail across many Lectures or courses at once. If you need the same image applied broadly, contact Schoox Support for help. [Knowledge Base Gap Detection automation – #307768]
