Academy Admins, as well as users assigned to a job/role with the Backdoor Login permission enabled, have the ability to proxy into another user’s account. To do so, navigate to the Manage Members tab, locate the desired user, and select the 'Log in as this team member' icon next to their name to access their account.
When you are logged in as another user, there will be a banner on top letting you know.
You can see most, but not all, of what the user sees. The following items are not available when logged in via proxy:
- Personal messages and notifications
- Performance Reviews
Important Notes:
- The icon will not be available if the user is also an admin.
- The icon will not be available if the user is a member of multiple academies. However, it will be visible if the user is active in one academy and deactivated in another.
- When logging in as the user, certain personal information such as messages or billing information, will not be available to you.
- If you find yourself locked into a profile and need to log out, you can do so by using the following link: https://app.schoox.com/login/logout.php. Clicking this link will log you out of your current session, allowing you to log back in with the appropriate credentials.

The Backdoor Login permission can only be enabled for a job/role when the Manage Members permission is also selected. If Manage Members is deselected, the Backdoor Login option will automatically be unchecked and disabled (greyed out).
- The Manage Members permission requires at least one of its sub-permissions to be selected in order to be applied.
