If you have permission to manage academy members, the Guests tab under the Manage Members page will allow you to manage and overview your Academy's Guests.
Navigation
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.
When in the Academy Workspace, select Academy Admin for all Academy Administration options.
Select Organization and then Manage Team Members.
On the top of the page that opens, select the Guests tab.
Managing Guests
On this page, you can search for a specific guest (external member) using the search bar.
To further refine your search results, use the Origin filter located on the left side of the page. Available filter options include:
- Manually – External Members added directly through the platform.
- API – External Members added via API integration.
- Not Available – External Members without an identified origin.
After locating the external member, you can choose to Deactivate them or Convert them to a team member.
You can also view the External Member's profile by hovering over their name and selecting the appropriate option, or access their reporting information by clicking View Reporting.
To deactivate a Guest, select the checkbox next to their name and click Deactivate. Once deactivated, the user will be moved to the Past Guests section, where they can be viewed and managed as inactive Guests.
When you select Convert to Team Member, the Guest is converted into a regular Academy user and will subsequently appear in the Team Members section.
