Managing Your Academy's Guests

If you have permission to manage academy members, the Guests tab under the Manage Members page will allow you to manage and overview your Academy's Guests. 

Navigation

In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Admin Workspace.

When in the Admin Workspace, select Academy Admin for all Academy Administration options. 

Select Organization and then Manage Team Members.

On the top of the page that opens, select the Guests tab.

Managing Guests

On this page, you can search for a specific External Member using the search bar. Once you find them you have the option to Remove them or Convert them to an Academy Employee. Also, under each External Member's name, you can click to View their Profile or View their Reporting. 

To remove an Guest select them from the checkbox next to their name and click Remove. Once you do the Guest will become a Past Guest and you will be able to find them under Past Guests. 

If you click to Convert an Guest to Employee, the Guest will become a regular user of your Academy and you will be able to find them under Employees.
