As an Admin, you have the option to set up scheduled notifications for specific Courses.
Please note: prior to making edits to a Course, all notifications will have originally defaulted to it's correlating Academy settings. You must make an edit specifically to this Course, not at the Academy level.
Navigation
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.
When in the Academy Workspace, select Training Admin. Then, choose Manage Training and select Courses.
Select the course you want to schedule notifications for to access the Course panel. From there, expand the Notifications section and select Reminders.
Available Notifications
Below are your notification options:

| A course certificate expires soon | Employee/Course Assignor/Unit Manager/Assistant Unit Manager/Dropout User | To remind the employee that the course certification that will expire soon |
| A course certificate has expired | Enrolled User/Course Assignor/Unit Manager/Assistant Unit Manager/Direct Head of Above/Direct Assistant Head of Above/Dropout User | To remind the employee that the course certification has expired |
| Learners recently completed a course | Course Assignor/Unit Manager/Assistant Unit Manager/Direct Head of Above/Assistant Direct Head of Above | To inform the manager about the employees who have completed a course |
| Your course is due soon | Employee | To remind the employee about the course due date |
| Course due dates were missed | Employee/Course Assignor/Unit Manager/Assistant Unit Manager/Direct Head of Above/Direct Assistant Head of Above |
To inform: - the employee that they failed to complete a course within its due date - the manager about the employees who failed to complete a course within its due date |

At the bottom of each notification, there is the Restore Academy Defaults button. By clicking this button the notifications will be restored to the default Academy level setting.
Note: These notifications are set up on a per-course basis and override any Academy settings. If you would like to set up scheduled notifications for all the Courses in your Academy, please click here for more information: Scheduling Email Notifications for an Academy.
Both the Academy’s scheduled notifications (Reminders) and the Course-level scheduled notifications allow you to configure a delivery cadence.
Select With Frequency to set up daily, weekly, or monthly reminders.
Select With Reminders to add up to 12 individual reminder instances within your scheduled notification.
