Groups are a great social tool to allow conversation and documents to be kept and shared outside of the training process. Joining a group is very simple too!
How to get there
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Social Workspace.
When in the Social Workspace, select Groups and then select All Groups.
Finding a group
Once you are there you can scroll through what groups are public in your academy, or you can search for a specific one by its name.
Joining a group
Once you find the Group you want to join, click on View. This will redirect you to the Group page. To join the Group just click the Join Group button.
Some groups require approval before you can fully join, but once you are approved then you have full access to the discussions and content of the group!
When a user joins a group, points may be awarded to both the Group Owners and the Group Members, provided that this activity is included as part of a game or leaderboard.
Please note that you will earn points only once per item. For example, if you join a group, leave it, and later rejoin, you will not receive additional points for joining the same group more than once.
