Groups are a great social tool to allow conversation and documents to be kept and shared outside of the training process. Joining a group is very simple too!
First, go to the Social Workspace and select Groups -> Group Lists in the left navigation bar.
Once you are there you can scroll through what groups are public in your academy, or you can search for a specific one by its name.
Once you find the Group you want to join, click on its name. This will redirect you to the Group page. To join the Group just click the blue Join Group button.
Some groups require approval before you can fully join, but once you are approved then you have full access to the discussions and content of the group!
