You can easily update the categories associated with multiple training items at once.
Navigation
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.
When in the Academy Workspace, select Training Admin -> Configuration -> Training Items Listing.
You will see the three tabs:
- Courses
- Learning Paths
- Resources
The process is similar in all three cases.
You can locate the desired item by applying a Category filter on the left-hand side or by using the search bar.
You can select as many items as you need by checking the checkbox on the left of each item!
You can also select all items by clicking Select all at the top of the list.
Please note that Select all applies only to the first 20 items. If you need to include additional items, click Load more to display and select them.
Once you’ve selected all the items that require a category update, click Bulk categorize to proceed.
Once you do so, a pop-up window will appear, prompting you to select the desired categories.
After making your selections, click Save to confirm your choices.
An informational message will then appear at the top right of your screen, indicating that the category assignment process has begun for all selected Courses and Categories.
From this page, you can also update categories individually. Simply click the Desired Category drop-down next to the item you want to modify, and select the appropriate categories.
