The easiest way to do so is to find the user and the course or learning path in question in My Team's Dashboard.
Select the Team Workspace. On the left, under My Team's Dashboard, select Training.
After selecting the appropriate course or learning path, overdue info, as well as the overall completion rate and progress is displayed. You can also dive deeper into individual details.
