The easiest way to do so is to find the user and the course or learning path in question in My Team Dashboard.
Navigation
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Team Workspace.
When in the Team Workspace, select My Team Dashboard and then select Training.

After selecting the appropriate course or learning path, you can view overdue information, along with the overall completion rate and progress.
You can also explore more detailed insights by selecting an individual user record.
Within the learner's reporting dashboard, you can navigate across three main tabs: Course Details, Past Completions, and History.
In the Course Details tab, you can review the user’s progress through each step of the course and perform relevant actions where applicable. For example, next to an incomplete lecture, selecting the gear icon allows you to mark the lecture as completed.
In the Past Completions tab, you can track the learner’s past completions.
In the History tab, you can track the learner’s activity history within the selected training.
Reporting Spreadsheet
At the course or learning path level, you have the option to download the data as a spreadsheet for offline review, if needed.

Switch to Classic Dashboard
You can also track Course and Learning Path completions using the Classic Dashboard. To access it, select the “Switch to Classic Dashboard” option at the top of the page.
