When an event is created, there are two roles involved:
- Creator
- Primary Instructor
You cannot change the creator of the event, but you are able to change the primary instructor.
Navigation
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.
When in the Academy Workspace, select Training Admin for all Training Administration options.
Select Manage Training and then select Virtual Events.
You can also select In-Class Events if this is the event you want to change the creator for.
Changing the Instructor
Select the appropriate event from the list, then the specific offer.
Under the Add Academy Instructors block, you can add instructors and select who should be the primary instructor (owner) of your event.
Save button at the bottom of the page when finished.
Notes
- Non-admin users have the option to update the Event Instructor only for the events that they own.
- Users cannot edit an event or add an instructor within one hour before the start of the event.
