You have the option to add supplemental material to your Learning Paths and attach it to specific Learning Path Courses. This material can be a website, a file uploaded via your computer, or material uploaded directly from Resources.
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.
When in the Academy Workspace, select Training Admin for all Training Administration options.
Select Manage Training and then select Learning Paths.
This will give you a full overview of the learning paths. Select the one you want to add the supplemental content to.
When in the Learning Path management screen, select Supplemental Material.
You will have the option to add materials either from an URL, by uploading a file, or directly adding this from your resources. When you select an option, it will ask you if you want to tie the material to a specific course. If you do this, it will show under the name of the course.
Give the content a name and description and click Save.
Your supplemental material will appear on the Supplemental Material page within the Learning Path.
To manage it, go to the Learning path Panel, open the Learning Path Content section, and select Supplemental Material. From there, you can edit, download, delete, or move the material as needed.
Users will have the option to access all supplemental material under the Supplemental Material tab. There they will be able to search based on which course the material is attached to.
