If you are a member of multiple academies, you can customize your account settings for each academy individually. Follow these steps to manage your settings:
Choose Your Academy

Open the Workspace Launcher.

Click the arrow next to your current academy name at the top of the screen to see a list of all academies you are a member of.

If you don’t see the drop-down arrow, this means you are only a member of one academy.

Select the name of the academy you want to manage from the list.
Choose Your Settings
Access Your Settings
- Select your avatar in the top-right corner.
- From the drop-down menu, select Settings.
Customize your Preferences
- Go to Privacy and Preferences.
2. Under Privacy Settings, set the Visibility options based on your preferences.
