You, as an Admin, have the option to add, assign, or change course due dates. Adjust course due dates for a previously assigned course, change a currently assigned course due date, or completely remove a previously assigned due date.
Navigation
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Team Workspace.
When in the Team Workspace, select My Team Dashboard and then select Training.
Classic Dashboard
1. Navigate to the Courses tab and locate the course for which you want to update the learners’ due date.
2. Select the course to open its details page. You will see a list of the enrolled learners.
3. On the left side of each learner’s row, select the wrench icon and choose Due Date from the available options.
4. Add, update, or remove the due date as needed, then select Save at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
The updated due date will appear after refreshing the page.
New Dashboard
1. Navigate to the Courses tab and locate the course for which you want to update the learners’ due date.
2. Select the course to open its details page. You will see a list of the enrolled learners.
3. On the right side of each learner’s row, select the three-dot menu and choose Edit Due Date from the available options.
4. This option opens a modal where you can set the due date. Once you have entered the desired date, select Save.
Mass Update
If you are an Admin or a Training Manager with Assign Training permissions you have also the option to update the due dates for multiple users at once.
When in the Team Workspace, select Self-Paced Training and then select Assign Training.

Tips!
- Due dates should be only future dates.
- You only have the option to add/edit the due date for a course that has been assigned. If a user has self-enrolled in the course, the relevant field will be disabled.
- The course due dates displayed on the Team Dashboard may appear differently for users in various time zones. This variation occurs because the due dates are shown based on the local time zone of the individual viewing the dashboard. As a result, some users may see slightly different dates than others, depending on their location.
