Cancelling an Event

You have the option to cancel your event and add a specific reason for canceling if needed.

To cancel your event, select Training Admin in the workspace launcher. On the left, under Manage Training, select In-Class Trainings or Live Sessions.

    

Select the appropriate event's title from, click on the Manage Event option, and then select Cancel.

In the window that appears add the cancellation reason and select Cancel.

A warning will appear, clarifying that canceling and event will also cancel its various sessions.

You will then be able to find all of the events that were cancelled simply by using the filtering options.

 

In case that you have canceled an offer included in an event-bundle, several recalculations will take place, based on the attendance rules that you had set during the event-bundle creation.

 

NOTE: Canceling the main event also cancels ALL associated sessions for the event.
