Accessing my Training [mobile app]

As a Learner, there will be times you might prefer to learn on the go. This is where the Schoox App really shines, allowing you to take your courses from a mobile device. Accessing your training through the app is easy!

Head to the Learner Workspace. 

When in the Learner Workspace, open the menu and select Training -> My Training.

Here you can find all your active training. There are three tabs here:

  • Overview: shows you a quick overview with different streams
  • In Progress: shows you all training that you are enrolled in but have not completed
  • Completed: shows all completed training

In the In Progress and Completed tabs you can also use the filter option to filter the training shown, and the search bar to look for a specific training.

Click on your training to continue the training where you left of. It will sync your progress with the web version, so it does not matter if you last took the training on the web!

If a course is included in a Learning Path you are enrolled in, you will be prompted to choose whether to take the course independently or within the context of the Learning Path. Regardless of your choice, the completion will be applied toward the Learning Path.

Courses are shared across multiple Learning Paths. When a user completes a course as a standalone, the system automatically recognizes that the course is also part of any enrolled Learning Path and updates progress accordingly. This ensures consistency and eliminates unnecessary repetition.

If you decide to take it as a standalone course, you will only have access to the course itself. If you take it through the Learning Path, all steps in the Learning Path will show, allowing you to easily move to the next steps when finishing the course.
