As an Academy Admin, you have the ability to promote and order content in your Resources. This is done by setting your Training Item Listings in the order in which you prefer them to appear, and decide which items to promote. Let's check each option in more detail.
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.
When in the Academy Workspace, select Training Admin for all Training Administration options.
Select Settings and then select Training Items Listing.
To find the Resources Items Listing, select Resources on the top. From this page, you can promote and order your Resources.
Promoting Training Items
If you promote your content, there will be a feed called Promoted Content under your resources.
All resources will be displayed on the Training Items Listing page and you can select the ones you want to be promoted. Just toggle the Promoted option to Yes for the items you want to promote.
Tips!
Users will only be able to see promoted content in categories they have read-access to. If an item is promoted, but in a category that a user does not have this permission for, the user will not see the promoted itemContent category visibility rules outweigh the promoted Content setup. For example, a Training Item set as promoted Training Item, which is part of a category not visible to all employees, won't populate at the promoted Content block for an employee who does not have access to that category.
Ordering Training Items Listing
On this page, you also have the ability to set your Training Items Listings in the order in which you prefer them to appear.
The priority number is the weight given to the content. This means that higher numbers mean they show first. The lower the number, the later it will appear. If items have the same number, which you will often see for zero, it will be sorted on most recent.
