Confirming Your Personal Email

When you first join an academy, or when you change your existing email, you will be prompted to confirm your email. Confirming your email is an easy process that ensures that you have access to all necessary functionalities, news, and information of your academy in Schoox. 

How to Confirm

Once you sign up and log in, you'll receive a message on the top of your page urging you to confirm your email. 

To do this, click the Send Confirmation button (or Update Email Address if you wish to change your email first). You will then receive an email asking you to confirm your address. In the email, click Confirm Now.

Click on Confirm Now, which will redirect you to a page confirming that your registration is complete.

Notes

  • You need to be logged in to Schoox in order to confirm your email.
  • You must confirm your email address in order to receive notifications from the system.
  • The “Confirm your email” banner is displayed automatically for accounts with an associated email address that remains unconfirmed.
  • The Email Confirmation notification does not have an expiration or validity period.
