Confirming Your Personal Email

When you first join an Academy, or when you change your existing email, you will be prompted to confirm your email. This is an easy process that ensures that you have access to all necessary functionalities in Schoox. 

How to Confirm

Once you sign up and log in, you'll receive a message on the top of your page urging you to confirm your email. 

To do this, click the Send Confirmation button (or Update Email Address if you wish to change your email first). You will then receive an email asking you to confirm your address. In the email, click Confirm Now.

Click on Confirm now, which will redirect you to a page confirming that your registration is complete.

Notes

  • You need to be logged in to Schoox with the account connected to the email you are confirming to confirm your email.
  • You must confirm your email address in order to receive notifications from the system.
