Virtual Events come in three options: Standalone, Course-Connected and Learning Path Connected. Each event can have one or more offers.
Navigation
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.
When in the Academy Workspace, select Training Admin for all Training Administration options.
Select Manage Training and then select Virtual Events.
This gives you an overview of all Virtual Events, the type of event, and how many offers the event has.
Managing Events
Clicking on the event will send you to the event management page, where you get an overview of all offers of the event. It will show the name, the training instructor / event creator, the status, and the date. Clicking on an offer allows you to change the details and date of that specific offer.
Note: For registration-based event bundles using the attendance rule “Users must attend all events,” the maximum number of attendees cannot be reduced below the original value that was set when the event was created.
Setting and Changing an Event Bundle's Title
When an event has multiple offers, the title shown for the whole bundle — the master event that appears on the event listing — comes from the Multiple Offers Title field on the event's edit page.
This title represents the bundle as a whole and is separate from the names of the individual offers beneath it, so the bundle title can include wording that none of the individual offers use.
If the Multiple Offers Title field is left blank, the bundle uses the name of the master event (the first event) instead.
To update the title displayed for an existing event bundle:
- Navigate to Academy Workspace > Training Admin > In-Class Events or Virtual Events.
- Locate the event bundle you want to update and open it.
- From the right-side panel, select Edit Event.
- In the Multiple Offers Title field, enter the new title.
- Save your changes.
The updated Multiple Offers Title will be displayed as the title for the event bundle.
