Virtual Events come in three options: Standalone, Course-Connected and Learning Path Connected. Each event can have one or more offers.
Navigation
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.
When in the Academy Workspace, select Training Admin for all Training Administration options.
Select Manage Training and then select Virtual Events.
This gives you an overview of all Virtual Events, the type of event, and how many offers the event has.
Managing Events
Clicking on the event will send you to the event management page, where you get an overview of all offers of the event. It will show the name, the training instructor / event creator, the status, and the date. Clicking on an offer allows you to change the details and date of that specific offer.
Note: For registration-based event bundles using the attendance rule “Users must attend all events,” the maximum number of attendees cannot be reduced below the original value that was set when the event was created.
