Editing the Login Page of Your Academy

Administrators can modify the default login page of the academy. The login page is the place where everyone in your academy types in their username and password in order to enter the academy.

Important Note: If your organization is still in a transitional period and using the classic design, all of your users - including admins - will see the login page as set up in the classic design. Only if your full organization is using the new design will it show the login page as set up in the new design.

Navigation

In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.

When in the Academy Workspace, select Academy Admin for all Academy Administration options.

Select Settings and then General.

Under Login Page, select Open Editor to edit your login page.

The page that shows is how your login page will look for users if your entire academy is on the new design. Otherwise, it will show the login page as its set up on the classic design. Your information, such as URL's and button texts will transfer between the two.

Customizing your Login Page

Click on Open editor in the top right corner to start customizing your login page.

You can upload a background image, which shows at the right side of the login page. The maximum file size is 4MB.

You can decide whether the login form shows and if so, what shows on there. Hiding the login form is usually used when you use other forms of login rather than username and password.

The logo used the same logo as set up in your Academy General Settings.

You can set a Custom Link, which will show below your login options.

You can set up your social login options, decide whether they are above or below the login form, and what the buttons say.

You can also link to the mobile app. You can either decide on your own app, or leave the URL blank, which will direct users to the Schoox app directly.

When finished modifying the login page, you can click on the "Back to Academy" button from the top right corner or select "Restore to default" to remove all the changes you made.
