Measuring the Relationship Between Different Business Units

Apart from the impact of training, you can use Business Impact to measure the dependency between two different KPIs. You can use this powerful tool to explore the relationship between business units or departments and the impact this relationship has on your business outcome.

For example, there might be a strong dependency between Customer Satisfaction and Upselling. Being aware of this fact, can help you plan your company’s training by providing training to areas that need further improvement.

In the left workspace, make sure you are in the Business Impact Workspace.

When in the Business Impact Workspace, select Dashboard and then select Business Units.

Insert the desired KPI and all necessary data in the fields.
