Course Visibility

Academy courses can be Public, visible to employees and/or external members, or they can be kept Private if needed.

To make a course public, navigate to the Quick Tools page from the Course Panel. At the top of the page, enable the Visibility toggle. Then, select the audience with whom you want to share the course (Employees, Guests, Academy Marketplace) and click Save to apply your changes.

On the other hand, if you want to make a course private, disable the Visibility toggle. Then, click Save to apply your changes.

Choosing “Employees” will enable all of the internal members of the academy to see the course.

Choosing theGuestsbox will allow external members of the academy to view and take this course.

You can choose only one of these options, or any combination of them.

Admins can copy a direct link to a course at any time using the Copy course details link option in the
course's three-dot menu.

Users who access a course through a direct link can only view the course if they meet its visibility requirements. For example, a Private course is accessible only to users who have already been granted access. Likewise, a Public course associated with one or more categories is accessible only to users who have permission to access those categories.
