When skills have been set up, and learners have been assessed on their skills, you can track past skill assessments in My Team Dashboard for more insight and clarity.
Navigation
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Team Workspace.
When in the Team Workspace, select My Team Dashboard and then select Skills.
Three tabs will show up on top of the page:
- By Skill
- By Job
- By Person
Under these pages you can track all manual and automated skill assessments for users.
Tracking Assessments
By Skill and By Job
Within these tabs you can see how learners are progressing towards the selected skill or job compared to their peers. Click on the desired tab and select the skill or job you would like more insight in.
You can now see the average score for each user based on all manual and automated assessments. The graph icon on the right shows when the assessments were made, and which score they had.
You can easily switch to the overview by person by clicking on the users name
By Person
Within this tab you can see the average scores for skills and jobs per user you have the permissions for. The overview shows the following:
- Team member name
- Which job they're scoring the highest for
- Their average job score for all jobs
- Which skill they're scoring the highest for
- Their average skill score for all skills
Click on the name of the learner to dive into their results. You can either see the combined results of manual and automated assessments, or check the results separately. By clicking on a specific job or skill, you can see the progress of the user over time.
