As an Admin, you have the ability to track skills in your academy and ultimately give members’ the ability to follow defined career paths.
The first thing you’ll need to do is set up what skills are important in your academy, and then which of those skills are important to each job. By associating skills with specific courses, you can then set up career paths.

In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.
When in the Academy Workspace, select Settings.
From the left-hand side select the Development filter type.
Navigate to the Career Paths setting and enable the “Do you want career paths for your Online Academy?” toggle to activate the Career Paths feature in your Academy.
You can decide whether you want managerial roles to be included in Career Paths. If you select to not allow managerial roles to be included in Career Paths, no user will be able to follow a path for a managerial job. Under the Career Paths page, the only paths available for a user to follow will be the paths for the custom Academy jobs.
Then you have the option to determine who has the ability to follow specific career paths, by either selecting the "All users have access to all career paths" option or the "Specific users will have access to specific career paths". For the latter, link each academy job in the right sidebar with the associated jobs that this user is allowed to follow in the left sidebar.
Save when finished.
