As an admin, you are able to freely move content categories to organize your Resources as needed.
Reorder Resources
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.
In the Academy Workspace, navigate to Training Admin and select Resources.
From here, select Edit and then Edit Categories.
You can use the search bar to find a specific section of categories.
You can prioritize or reorder the sections as needed by dragging the crossed-arrows icon or by using the up and down arrows on the right.
Within each section, you can prioritize categories by selecting the Pin to Top option.
By default, newly created categories are automatically sorted alphabetically. To display a category higher in the list, click the Pin to Top icon. Once multiple categories are pinned, you can adjust their order by dragging the crossed-arrows icon or using the up and down arrows on the right.
Move Categories Between Sections
To move a category from one section to another, select the Change section icon next to the category.
Select the section to which the category should be moved, and save.
Once you save the action, an in-app notification will confirm that the category has been successfully moved.
Note: All permissions within that category will be reset if moved to a new section.
