Where My Training shows all the training you are currently enrolled in, your Catalog now shows every course, learning path, microlearning item, event, and poll you have access to -- including items you're already enrolled in, registered for, or have completed, alongside items you haven't started yet.
Navigation
Head to the Learner Workspace.
When in the Learner Workspace, select Training -> Catalog.
The Catalog
The top navigation shows the different kinds of training available in your Academy -- courses, learning paths, microlearning, events, and polls -- regardless of whether you're already enrolled, registered, or have completed them. Swipe left to right and right to left to see more options.
Items you're already enrolled in, registered for, or have completed now appear in the Catalog alongside items you haven't started. In-progress items show a progress bar, and completed items display a Completed tag -- the same way they do in My Training.
Filtering Content
Under the training-specific options, you have the option to filter training. Click on the filter button next to the search bar to open the filter menu.
By default, the Catalog shows everything you have access to. The first filter in the filter menu is now a Status filter: Not enrolled, In progress, or Completed for Courses, Learning Paths, and Microlearning; Not registered, Registered, or Completed for Events; and Not started or Completed for Polls.[KB Product Releases Automation · ISTA-113076]
Events and Polls also include a Connection filter. For Events, the options are Standalone, Part of course, or Part of learning path. For Polls, the options are Standalone, Part of course, Part of learning path, or Part of event. Polls also include an Enrollment type filter, letting you narrow results to Self-enrolled, Assigned, or Not assigned or self-enrolled items. These filters are available on both the web and mobile app.
The filters available depend on the training available. If there is no training available in a specific category or language, you will not see these under their drop-down.
Enrolling in Training
Click on the training to go to the About Page, then select Enroll to enroll in the training.
