Use Case:
A user was initially:
- Allocated a Subscription Package License
- Enrolled in a Package Course
At a later stage, the following actions occurred:
- The license was removed by an administrator
- The user was deactivated
- At a different point in time, the user was reactivated
- The license was reallocated to the user
Despite regaining access, the user remains marked as dropped out from the originally assigned Package Course.
Explanation:
This behavior is expected. When a license is reallocated to a user, the system does not automatically re-enroll them into previously assigned Package Courses. Manual reassignment is required if re-enrollment is desired.
