If you’ve invited learners to enroll in courses or learning paths using the Invite Learners page, you can track the status of those invitations directly within the platform.
Accessing the Invite Status Page
To review invitation activity:
Navigate to Team Workspace
Select Self-Paced Training
Click on Invite Status
This will take you to the Invite Status page, where you can view and manage your sent invitations.
This page helps you confirm who has accepted or not yet responded to an invitation, so you can follow up or take further action as needed.
Filtering is done by training category.
Pending enrollments for each invitation is displayed.
Selecting the course reveals the complete list, and allows for deletion as needed.
