As an admin, you may want to remove the Social Workspace from view for all non-admin users, either temporarily or permanently, to simplify the user interface or limit access to social features.
While there is no single toggle to remove the Social Workspace icon, this can be achieved by disabling all associated features. Once disabled, the Social Workspace will be hidden from non-admin users.
Steps to Follow
Navigate to Social Workspace > Settings.

Disable all the following features:
Feed
Connections
Groups
Gamification
Badges
Result
The Social Workspace icon will no longer be visible to non-admin users.
Only admins will continue to see the icon, as they retain access to the Settings page for configuration purposes.
This method ensures a clean user interface for learners and other non-admin roles, while still allowing administrators to re-enable features at any time.
