Keeping track of your team’s training compliance is essential for ensuring everyone stays up to date with their learning assignments. When viewing your Compliance Dashboard under the My Team Dashboard tab, you’ll notice a high-level Compliance Score that shows the total number of compliant and non-compliant employees.
At times, you may want to look beyond the summary to identify which users are non-compliant, allowing you to follow up or share insights with managers. You can easily do this by exporting a detailed list of those users.
Viewing Non-Compliant Users on the Dashboard
Filter the List
In the Employees tab, you’ll see each user’s compliance rate.
To easily bring non-compliant users to the top of the list, click the Compliance Rate column header to sort the data from low to high.
This will instantly surface users with the lowest (or 0%) compliance rates, making it easy to identify who may need to complete their training.
Exporting the Data for Follow-Up
If you’d like to share this information or perform further analysis, you can easily export the data:
Activate the Export Icon
The Excel export icon becomes active once you apply an organizational filter.
To do this, select an Above Unit, Unit, or Job from the dashboard filters.
Export the Report
Once the export icon is active, click it to generate your report.
You’ll receive the exported file both via email and as a notification within Schoox.
Using the Report Builder for Advanced Filtering
For a more targeted view that focuses specifically on non-compliant users, you can use the Report Builder:
Create a Compliance Report
Generate a Compliance Courses Count Per User report.
Apply the Compliance Rate Filter
Add any fields you’d like to include, then apply the default Average Compliance Rate filter to focus on users who haven’t yet met compliance requirements.
Export for Analysis
Once your report is ready, export it to Excel for further review or sharing with your leadership team.
Summary
By applying the right filters, or using the Report Builder, you can quickly identify non-compliant users and take proactive steps to support them in completing their training. These tools help you stay informed, streamline follow-ups, and maintain a strong culture of compliance within your organization.
