There may be situations where you want to see how often a learner returns to a course or reopens specific lectures. Schoox provides a simple way for you to view this activity directly through the reporting dashboard.
This use case walks you through how you can locate the number of times a user has accessed a course or its lectures.
What You’re Looking For
You may want to record how many times a learner watches a course or reopens its lectures. This can be helpful when you’re assessing engagement levels or verifying repeated training activity.
How to View User Access Attempts
You can easily track this information using the Attempts column in the user reporting area.
Here’s how you can find it:
Navigate to the Manage Team Members page.
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.
When in the Academy Workspace, select Academy Admin for all Academy Administration options.
Select Organization and then Manage Team Members.
Select the user whose activity you want to review.
Click View Reporting.
Locate the course you are interested in.
Select the Details dropdown for that course.
Once you expand the details, you’ll see the Attempts column. This field shows how many times the user has accessed or interacted with the lectures within that course.
