Tracking Progress with Employees Dashboard

Tracking learner progress and completions is a key part of the learning process.

The My Team Dashboard provides a centralized view of this information, allowing you to easily monitor employee activity and training status. To access the Employees Dashboard, follow the steps outlined below.

In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Team Workspace.

When in the Team Workspace, select My Team Dashboard and then select Employees.

On this page, you can find several filters available on the left-hand side, including:

  • Organizational entity

  • Academy join date

  • Hiring date

  • Custom fields

Selecting the eye icon on the far right of the list will take you to the user’s reporting dashboard.

The user’s reporting dashboard provides detailed insight into their progress within the academy and is organized into four main tabs: Summary, Training, Compliance, and Development.

Each of these tabs allows you to review key information related to the learner.

Summary: On this tab, you can review the user’s organizational structure displayed on the left-hand side. If you have the appropriate permissions, you can also access the account using the Login as user option. This page includes detailed visualizations and graphs that provide an overview of the user’s progress.

Training: This tab allows you to apply multiple filters from the left-hand side to refine the displayed results. Available filters include Courses, Learning Paths, Microlearning, Events, On-the-job training, Exams, Credits, Certificates, and Onboarding. A search field is also available to help you quickly locate a specific training item.

At the top of the page, you can use the sorting options to organize the results and download a report using the Download button located in the top-right corner of the screen.

Next to Courses and Learning Paths, you can select the three-dot (More options) menu to perform managerial actions, such as Unassign, Edit due date, Reassign, or Mark as completed.

At the top of the page, you also have the option to mark all training as completed or mark only the required training as completed.

You can also use the remaining filters to perform actions related to other training types, such as signing off On-the-Job Training or adding exam attempts.

Selecting an individual course from the Training tab opens a new page that displays detailed information about the course steps, the learner’s past completions, and activity history.

Compliance: This tab allows you to review the learner’s compliance-related training and ensure that compliance requirements are being met.

Development: This tab provides visibility into the learner’s development within the academy. Filtering options available on the left-hand side include Skills, Performance Reviews, Goals, and Career Paths.

At the top of the main Employees Dashboard page, you can easily view key metrics, including the total number of learners, Course compliance percentage, Course completion percentage, and the rate of Overdue learners.

Selecting an individual’s name opens their profile information.

A Switch to classic option is temporarily available at the top of the page, allowing you to access the previous version of the Employees Dashboard.

From the classic view, you can return to the updated interface by selecting the Switch to new dashboard option.
