Removing a Course Prerequisite

Schoox allows you to set prerequisites for your courses to ensure that employees have the appropriate knowledge before attempting to complete their training. If you need to remove an existing course prerequisite, you can easily do so by following the steps outlined below.
 

In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.

When in the Academy Workspace, select Training Admin. Then, choose Manage Training and select Courses.

  • Locate and select the course you wish to update. You may use the Search field or apply the filters available on the left-hand side of the page.
  • Select the course title to open the Course panel.
  • Navigate to the Prerequisites section and select Courses.

Manage Prerequisites:

  • Review the list of courses currently set as prerequisites.
  • To remove a specific course, select the minus (–) icon next to the course name.

  • Make sure to select Submit at the bottom of the page to apply and save your changes.
