Understanding When the Import Reviewees Button Becomes Available

When setting up performance review profiles, you may notice that the Import Reviewees button is initially unavailable (greyed out) in the assignment section. This is expected behavior and is part of the normal setup flow.

Why the Import Reviewees Button Is Disabled at First

The Import Reviewees option becomes available only after the review profile has been saved as a draft. Until that point, the system does not yet have a stable profile configuration to attach imported data to, so the button remains inactive.

How to Activate and Use Import Reviewees

To use this feature, follow these steps:

  1. Complete the required setup fields for your performance review profile.

  2. Click Save as Draft.

  3. Return to the assignment section of the review profile.

  4. The Import Reviewees button will now be active.

  5. Download the provided Excel template and use it to bulk upload your reviewees.

This process allows you to efficiently assign multiple reviewees at once, saving time and ensuring consistency.
