Identifying How Learners Were Created in Your Academy

Have you ever wanted a clearer view of how specific learners were added to your academy? Whether you’re reviewing user data, validating processes, or simply gaining better visibility, Schoox gives you an easy and reliable way to understand the origin of learner accounts.

In academies where learners can be added in multiple ways—such as manual entry, automated integrations, or self-registration—it’s helpful to know the exact source of each user account. Schoox provides this information through a dedicated reporting field, allowing you to quickly and confidently review user creation details.

Recommended Approach: Use Report Builder

You can identify how learners were created by using the User Creation Origin field available in Report Builder.

Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Open Report Builder and select one of the supported reports.
  2. From the list of available fields, locate and add User Creation Origin.

  4. Use these filters to view learners based on how their accounts were created.

With this field, you can easily distinguish whether learners were added:

  • Manually via the Add Users page
  • Through FTP imports
  • Via API integrations
  • Through the public registration page

This makes it simple to review, segment, or audit user records based on creation method—all within a few clicks.

Where You’ll Find This Field
