You may want to create a report that includes users from more than one Above Unit (e.g. an Above Unit of type Country). For example, you might want to see combined data for users who belong to Greece or Germany in a single report.
This is a common scenario when you’re analyzing performance, participation, or engagement across multiple regions at once.
How you can do this
You can easily achieve this by using the filters available at the top of the Report Builder.
Here’s how to set it up:
Open the report you want to create or edit.
Locate the Above Unit filter at the top of the Report Builder.
Select the first Above Unit you want to include (for example, Germany).
Add a second condition and choose OR as the filter logic.
Select the second Above Unit (for example, Greece).
By using the OR condition, the report will include:
Users who belong to Germany, or
Users who belong to Greece
This allows you to combine users from multiple Above Units into one unified report, without needing to create separate reports for each country.
Helpful tip
Make sure you use OR (not AND) when setting up your filters for this specific scenario.
The OR condition ensures that users from either Above Unit are included.

Build more flexible and insightful reports
