You can review Question Feedback information for exams through the Report Builder tool.
This allows you to see the feedback learners received for each question response, provided that feedback has been configured in the exam.
Availability of the Question Feedback Field
The Question Feedback field is available as an optional field in the following reports:
Exams All Attempts Per Course Report
Exams All Attempts Per Learning Path Report
Exams All Attempts Report
Exams Best Attempts Per Course Report
Exams Best Attempts Per Learning Path Report
Exams Best Attempts Report
Exams Deleted Attempts Report
Adding the Question Feedback Field to a Report
The Question Feedback field is available in these reports, but it is not shown by default. To display it:
Open the desired exam report in Report Builder.
Use the list of available fields on the left-hand side of the screen.
Locate Question Feedback in the dropdown list.
Add the field to your report configuration.
Once added, the report will display the feedback associated with each answered question, when feedback has been defined for the selected response.
Important Notes
If no feedback has been configured in the exam, the field will not display any information in the report.
If feedback is added or modified after learners have already taken the exam, the report results may differ in subsequent exam attempts.
