Enabling Notifications for Poll Availability in Courses & Learning Paths

As an admin, you can enable notifications that learners receive for polls attached to courses or learning paths. This includes both required and optional polls.

How to Enable Poll Notifications

1. Navigate to Academy Workspace.

In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.

2. Go to Notifications > Academy.

In the Academy Workspace, navigate to Notifications, and then select Academy.

3. From the left-hand panel, select the “Courses & Learning Paths” training filter type.

4. Locate the notification titled “Tell us your opinion about a course or learning path”.

5. Enable this notification.

If enabled, this notification will be triggered for all required Course and Learning Path polls once all preceding steps have been completed and the corresponding polls become available.

You may edit this notification and preview it before finalizing.

Configuration for Optional Poll Notifications

Optional poll notifications require additional configuration.

If you want learners to receive notifications when an optional course or learning path poll becomes available, you must enable the corresponding setting in your academy.
 

For Optional Course or Learning Path Polls

  1. Navigate to your Academy Settings.

2. From the left-hand side select the Training filter type.

3. Enable the toggle “Send learners a notification when an optional poll is available” in the Courses and Learning Paths settings sections.

Once enabled, learners will receive notifications for optional polls as soon as they become available.

Please note that some poll links included in the email notification may be temporarily inactive due to scheduling settings or mandatory sequencing requirements.
