As an academy administrator, you can add a promotional video and/or logo that will appear on a course’s About page.
Steps
1. Navigate to the Academy Workspace.
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.
2. Select Training Admin → Manage Training → Courses.
When in the Academy Workspace, select Training Admin. Then, choose Manage Training and select Courses.
3. From the Course Panel on the right-hand side, select Edit Course.
4. Click Edit Promotional Video & Logos.
On the Edit Promotional Video & Logos page, select Import a Video to add a promotional video, or Upload Logo to add a logo for the course.
Guidelines
Promotional Video: The video must be hosted on a major streaming platform (such as YouTube or Vimeo) and must be publicly accessible (not password-protected or restricted).
Logo/Image: Upload a logo image with recommended dimensions of 200 × 70 pixels.
After saving the changes, the promotional video and/or logo will appear on the course’s About page.
