This release adds an introduction section that can be added to the beginning of performance reviews, providing a short overview, contextual details, and guidance to help set expectations and align the review process with broader business goals. This section could be used to explain the purpose of the review cycle, reference company values or objectives, and offer instructions or reminders to help navigate the process more confidently.
When setting up new performance review profiles and templates, there is now a new rich text field — Instructions. Up to 2000 characters can be added to the field.
The instructions will appear on the performance review's intro pages, for both managers and team members.
It has also been added to the performance review PDF.
