This release is the first step of several to refine the process that happens when there are changes to the academy's organizational structure.
Currently, when an Above Unit or Unit is deleted, all associated actions are executed immediately in the foreground. This is not only inefficient for the system in general, but time-consuming for the user, who must wait for actions to complete.
In this release, when deleting an Above Unit or Unit, the user will see a warning that appears. It will explain that the process may take some time, and asks the user to confirm the request.
The Above Unit or Unit will then be disabled while the deletion process is completed. Once the process finishes, it will no longer appear in the academy. Users are advised to refresh the page to ensure the process has been fully completed.
