Release date 8 April
This release is meant to bring the OpenSesame disconnection process more in line with other external content providers. It provides the option to Archive OpenSesame courses created by the integration when the integration is disabled.
There is now a new notice that appears when the academy's OpenSesame's integration is disabled (Academy Workspace > Settings > External content providers)
After saving, a new modal will appear, explaining the process that will happen next.
Essentially, it will state that the courses created through the implementation will be archived, but that all progress in these courses will be retained.
The courses will then be archived after the confirmation.
If OpenSesame is re-enabled at a later date, all of these courses that are still offered by OpenSesame will be reinstated in the academy as they were before. Communication will appear stating that the syncing process has started, and that it may take some time.
