Scenario
After a SCORM file is added or replaced in a course, you may notice that learner progress appears correctly, but SCORM exam scores or exam attempts are missing from the dashboard. In some cases, the Add attempt by admin option may also be unavailable.
Why This Happens
For SCORM-based exams, Schoox must first receive and register exam attempt data directly from the SCORM package. Until the system records at least one real SCORM quiz attempt, the SCORM exam data and related admin controls may not appear in the dashboard.
The SCORM exam and related options become available only after at least one learner launches and completes the SCORM quiz once, regardless of the result.
What You Should Do
If exam scores or attempt controls are missing, ask a learner or test user to complete the SCORM quiz once. After the first real SCORM attempt is recorded, the exam data should appear correctly in the dashboard, and the Add attempt by admin option should become available where applicable.
Important Note
Manually marking a course as complete will not trigger the same SCORM exam registration as an actual SCORM quiz attempt. A learner must launch and complete the SCORM quiz so the SCORM attempt data can be properly sent to Schoox.
