After an assessment has been completed, learners can review the gap between skill proficiency needed for each of their jobs and the proficiencies uncovered by the micro-assessments.
Note that managers must be proxied in as the specific learner in order to proceed.
To review these skill gaps, select the Learner Workspace. Under Development, select Analytics.
Then, in the upper right, select Advanced Analytics.
Select Development
In the Skill gap section, select the Validated tab. There you will be able to review the opportunities available to grow in the various jobs, based on the results of the micro-assessments.
