The Career paths tab in My Team Dashboard's Development area lets you see which jobs your team members are actively following as career goals, and how their job strength compares across the team.
Accessing Career Paths
In the left navigation, make sure you're in the Team Workspace. Select My Team Dashboard, then Development, then Career paths.
Jobs Listing
At the top of this view you'll find Total jobs, Jobs followed (the number of jobs at least one learner is following), Learners following a job (shown as a number), and Average followed jobs per learner.
In the table, each job's Average job strength and Highest learner job score (the score of the learner with the highest job score for that job) are shown alongside the job. Select anywhere on a row to open that job's detail page - the whole line is clickable.
Viewing a Specific Job
Statistics on this page are shown as independent boxes and update dynamically. The learner list includes only learners who are following the job as a career goal - not those who currently hold it as their job. A Followed date column shows the date each learner followed the job, and you can sort the list by job strength. Selecting View details opens a modal or side drawer showing the courses available for that job.
Sorting and Navigation
Table sorting is available when the sorting symbols are present.
Opening a specific job hides the top Development sub-tabs (Skills, Performance reviews, Goals, Coaching, Career paths) so you can focus on that job's detail view; use the back button to return to the listing.
